Privacy Policy
Last updated June 21, 2026.
This site is run by John Gustin (Gustin Music). This page explains what information is collected when you visit, who processes it, and the choices you have. Questions are welcome at [email protected].
What is collected, and only if you agree
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies for analytics and advertising. Nothing in this section loads or runs until you choose Accept. If you choose Decline, none of it is loaded.
- Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) helps me understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies and collects things like pages viewed, approximate location, and device type.
- Meta Pixel (provided by Meta) measures whether visits came from ads and helps show those ads to similar people. It sets cookies and shares page activity with Meta.
Your choices
- You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings, which reopens the consent banner.
- If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA: analytics and advertising cookies are loaded only after you opt in, and you can withdraw consent at any time using the link above.
- If you are a California resident: you may opt out of the sharing of your personal information for advertising by choosing Decline, or by reopening Cookie settings and declining. This site honors that choice as a "Do Not Sell or Share" request.
Email signups
If you give your email address, it is stored by Kit (the email service I use) so I can let you know when new songs come out. I will never sell, rent, or trade it, and you can unsubscribe from any email I send.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it.
